To complain about a defective or faulty item, please proceed as follows:
Contact our customer service: Send an e-mail to info@uhrenportal24.de. Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Provide pictures of the defect: To speed up the process, please take photos of the defect and attach them to the e-mail. This will help us assess the damage better and assist you faster.
Receive return instructions: Our customer service will contact you promptly to discuss the next steps, such as returning the item for repair, replacement, or refund.
Receive return label: If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a return label so you can send the faulty item back to us free of charge.
