Return Your Order

To return your order, please contact us by e-mail. We will handle the return for you and send you all necessary instructions and a return label. Just follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an e-mail to info@uhrenportal24.de with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Item you wish to return
    • Reason for return (optional)

  2. Receive return label: Our customer service will promptly contact you and send you a return label as well as detailed instructions for returning the item.

  3. Prepare return: Once you have received the return label, pack the item securely and affix the return label clearly visible on the package.

  4. Drop off package: Take the package to the nearest post office or parcel shop, as described in our instructions. Returns within Germany are free of charge for you.

  5. Receive refund: Once we have received and checked the item, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the payment method you used for the purchase.
