To which countries do you deliver?

We currently only deliver within Germany.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time within Germany is usually 2-5 business days. Delivery times abroad may vary depending on the destination. You can find precise information in your order confirmation.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. With this, you can check the status of your delivery online at any time.

Returns and revocation

How long do I have to revoke my order?

You have the right to revoke your order within 14 days without giving any reasons. In addition, we offer a voluntary return policy of another 16 days.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, please send an email to info@uhrenportal24.de with your return request. After approval of the return, you will receive a return label from us as well as instructions for return shipping.

Are there costs for return shipping?

There are no costs for return shipping within Germany.

How and when do I get my money back?

As soon as we have received the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days via the payment method you used.

Is there a warranty on the products?

What can I do if my product is defective?

If your product has a defect, please contact us via our customer service. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the statutory warranty rights.

Are the products on Uhrenportal24 original?

Yes, with us you only receive original brand products. We only work with authorized dealers and manufacturers to ensure the authenticity of the goods.

Is there a certificate of originality?

Yes, each of our products comes with a certificate of authenticity that confirms its originality.

Order process and payment

Which payment options are available?

We offer various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and instant bank transfer. All details can be found in the checkout area of our online shop.

Additionally, we also offer the option of payment by bank transfer.

We will then send you a proforma invoice. As soon as you send us a copy of your bank transfer, we will reserve the item for you for 7 days. Shipping will take place once the amount has been received in our business account.

When is the payment due?

Payment is due immediately after the order is completed.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, changes to an order cannot be made after it has been completed. Please contact us directly if there is a problem so we can assist you.
